Estimates, calculators and prices

Prices shown by our calculators, builders and design pages are good-faith planning figures based on our real Seattle-area pricing. They are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.

A binding price is the one stated in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties, prepared after an on-site measure. Fixed-price packages apply to the scope described on the relevant page; hidden damage discovered during work is priced separately and approved by you before we continue.

Warranty

* Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers repairs we can service directly: cracked or loose grout, caulking and seals, re-setting individual tiles we installed, loose or misaligned fixtures and hardware, and shower/glass door adjustment. All other coverage is provided as required by Washington State law.
