Born in Lutsk, Ukraine. From an early age, I was drawn to tools and hands-on work.
I used to take apart radios, fix things around the house, and was always curious how everything worked.

Started helping my mom’s friends with furniture assembly, light repairs, hanging shelves, fixing locks.
Spent summers with my grandfather, who taught me woodworking and how to use tools properly.

Completed my first full bathroom renovation on my own — tile work, plumbing, wall finishing.
This was the moment I realized: “I want to build things professionally.”

Worked with independent contractors - demolition, flooring, tile, doors, trim.
Learned on the job and closely observed how experienced pros worked.

Did my first full apartment remodel completely alone.
Started filming my work and posting it on YouTube and VK to share my progress and results.

Founded Work Time Service. I had no idea how to start a company or what to name it, but I did it anyway.
Got my first real clients, hired a few helpers, and started building a reputation.

Grew the business in Moskow - from small jobs to full apartment.
Built my first team and developed trust-based relationships with long-term clients.

Moved to the United States. A fresh start: new language, new rules, new market.
But I brought my experience, my tools, and the mindset that quality always matters.

Launched a new website and began promoting Work Time Service on Instagram.
Landed my first bathroom and flooring projects in the Seattle area.

Took on larger U.S. projects — kitchens, full floors, entire home renovations.
Formed a team again and began training younger workers.

Created Work Time Alliance - a network of skilled subcontractors.
Launched online calculators and built internal systems (CRM, estimating tools).
Started working on a tile course and mentorship for new contractors.

10 years of Work Time Service. 3 years in the United States. Happy clients.
The dream now: to open a school for builders and raise the next generation of craftsmen..
